Does anyone know What’s the hype with these Chick-fil-A restaurants?
Someone, please tell me what’s going on with the drive-thru lines in Chick-fil-A restaurants. Whenever I pass by one, the line is out to the zoo. It’s like they give it for free. Who waits for that long for a chicken sandwich cooked by a bunch of teenagers? Besides I always question it, Can’t they bake or grill a chicken at home?
As a foodie, of course, I enjoy a chicken sandwich, and yes their chicken sandwich is good, but let’s be honest, it’s not a WOW…and I rather have McDonald’s fries. The other day, I asked my daughter, why she likes Chick-fil-A so much? she didn’t have a clear answer but she said maybe it’s their sauces. My guess is It’s like becoming a part of the hype, these teenagers don’t wanna be left out.
What if I know, Maybe it’s their business model…A small menu, great customer service, anti-biotic-free raised chickens, and many different sauces are driving people there. OR maybe it’s convenient for parents, it’s a simple, quick dinner and it’s white meat, healthy.
They had some controversies in the past, supporting anti LGBT and Same-sex marriage groups. Why?? I thought they were in the chicken sandwich business. I understand they have the money and the platform to influence the public with their beliefs but why is a fast food chain restaurant putting their efforts into those matters? Shouldn’t they be working on hungriness or other good things which I think they start doing these days and hope it continues? Any strong company, if they have the platform, they better be using it for good things. Trying to destroy other people’s opinions or lifestyles is just not gonna work out in the long run.
I congratulate their success and becoming the #1 fast food chain restaurant in America and employing many teenagers across the country. But I am not sure if I have the time and patience to get on the line for a chicken sandwich anytime soon. Plus my grilled chicken sandwich recipe is better. Lol
