Do you wanna shred some pounds or tone up this winter? Okay, first thing you gotta move your ASS…crickets… We hear you, you are busy. But actually, it all starts in your head. All you need is to START….today or RIGHT NOW. Working out 15 minutes a day and portion control will get you where you wanna be. I am sure you heard that before. But it’s that simple. Believe it or not, you will feel great after being drenched in sweat. Put your headphones in and set up your playlist with your top 5 favorite songs. Each song is usually 3 minutes long. That’s your motivation. Now, if you live in an apartment building, you are in luck. Use those stairs like you own the building. Keep going up and down them. Hopefully nobody will think you’re crazy but who cares…do you. If you want a change of scenery, speed walk around your building or near a park. All you need is 15 minutes from your day to get something like this in. If you don’t live in an apartment building, turn your living room into a gym for 15 minutes. Put a chair in the middle of your living room and step up and down on it…15 repetitions. After that, continue with 15 squats, 15 jump ropes, 15 push-ups and 15 sit-ups. You can increase the repetitions each day.
All you need is 15 minutes from your day to get something like this in. Do this for 30 days straight, like it’s your job, your religion, or like you’ve been told by your boss. Remember it all starts in the HEAD. Besides this, drink 6-8 bottles of water a day. Cut the soda, chips and cookies. Don’t eat too late at night. You can still enjoy your favorite bowl of pasta, slice of pizza and wine, but always remember to limit your consumption of those things. Once you start consuming less sugar and increasing your heart rate every day, you’ll see the difference within a month. Now go and shred some pounds.
