To get there, you need to focus on yourself.

Now, focusing on yourself isn’t selfish. It’s an act of pure self-love!

Before loving others, you gotta love yourself first. Your dreams, goals, and happiness are all about YOU, dearo!

Okay, have you ever watched Toddlers? They do whatever pleases them, no pretending, no hiding, just pure fun without a care in the world.

Let’s be like them, living life without fear, guilt, or shame.

Furthermore, be there for yourself when you feel lonely or when your partner ignores you.

Listen, I can feel you starring in your own silent movie, while your partner is off in la-la land, unaware of your presence.

I know you crave to be seen, heard, and cherished. You yearn for that comforting shoulder to lean on during tough times…

Those sweet cuddles, those tender kisses, and that deep connection with your partner. 

You want their attention, their affection, and their loyalty.

But if your partner’s giving you the cold shoulder, I’d say, YOU DESERVE BETTER!

Maybe your partner is not your enemy: Listen to them

Ever wondered if your partner is ignoring you because they’re dealing with their own stuff? 

Stress, exhaustion, or just feeling down can make anyone want to crawl under a rock. So, before you jump to conclusions, you should have a chat. Take a moment to understand their perspective and see what’s going on.

Talk about your feelings:

Communication is the glue that holds relationships together. Keep the conversation direct, and simple.

Communicating with tantrums, sarcasm, or complaints will lower your positive energy and make things even worse. After all, nobody wants a Debbie Downer, ugh!

In this scenario, it’s important to express your feelings to your partner and make them aware that you’re feeling neglected. For instance, you could say, “I love spending time with you, but it feels like you’re busy these days. How about we go out for a movie?”

When you feel neglected in bed:

Sex is more than just physical desire. It’s about connection, love, and intimacy.

When you feel ignored in the bedroom, it can really knock your confidence and make you question your self-worth. I get it, it’s tough! But remember, it’s okay for everyone to need a break sometimes.

So, it’s important to have an open conversation with your partner about what’s happening in their life. Understanding each other’s needs and concerns is key to maintaining a healthy relationship.

Alright, if things aren’t working out, it’s time to hit the pause button and take a break. Now, I know what you’re thinking… 

Is taking a break just a fancy way of saying giving up? Not at all.

Taking a break isn’t about throwing in the towel, it’s about giving yourself the time and space you need to recharge, refocus, and realign your priorities.

So, what does taking a break look like? Well, it can be different for everyone.

Or how about a solo road trip to nowhere in particular, where you can blast your favorite songs with the windows rolled down and not care about the world? 

The world is your oyster, dearo, so seize the day! Whatever it is that fills your cup, do it with gusto and without guilt!

Now, I can already hear the doubters murmuring in the background, “But what about my partner? What if they don’t understand or support my need for space?” 

To them, I say this, “Your well-being comes first, always and forever. You are not responsible for anyone else’s happiness but your own.”

And if your partner can’t handle that, then maybe it’s time for a tough decision. Trust me, a little distance can do wonders for the soul and the relationship.

Let me tell you, there’s nothing sexier than a person who knows their worth.

When you take the time to focus on yourself and indulge in a self-love, you become an unstoppable force of nature…You radiate confidence, allure, and that certain je ne sais quoi that makes heads turn wherever you go. And believe me, that kind of energy is soul-satisfying.
